Delivery within EU

Dispatches abroad take place via ELTA (Hellenic Post). Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders are delivered following a payment into a bank account or a card payment.
Estimated shipping time for Europe 7 - 15 business days.

Orders outside the EU
Estimated shipping time for outside EU 15 - 30 business days. These shipping times are estimates and might be delayed by customs or situations outside of lavande.com.pl control.
 

Canceled orders
You can cancel your order only if it has not been sent for processing, by sending us details of your order at kontakt@lavande.com.pl

Return policy
Through lavande.com.pl and the detailed description of the products, the customers are able to enjoy the benefits of direct contact with the products from the comfort of their own place. Customer satisfaction is important to us and in order to promote the use of electronic commerce, we offer the ability of product return. Below are the terms of our return policy.

Return guidelines:
. Any unused, unopened product may be returned for a full refund or exchange, within 15 days from original purchase date.
. We recommend you use a shipment method with a tracking number so that the progress and delivery of your return/exchange can be tracked.
. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.
. Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed.


Refund policy
Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Any losses caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Exchange policy
We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded.
Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
